This unique rear mounted box hinge from Brusso is installed flush and only allows about 100 degrees of opening. For boxes this is sufficient to prevent the lid from falling back but on large boxes and chests an additional means of support will be required. As is typical of Brusso products this solid brass hinge is finely machined and finished and employs a stainless steel pin for long wear resistant life.
